We Celebrate the Birth of the Christ

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus the Christed one at this time of year, we are reminded that we also are of the Christ Mind and the world is waiting for the awakening of that Christ Mind in the consciousness of each one of us.

We are each a glorious beacon of light (Matt.5:14) that has forgotten that we are here to shine and live triumphantly through the issues that we face in the lower energies of the material world.

Apostle Paul tells us in Romans 8:16 & 17 that, “...we are the children of God; and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ.” This passage helps me to believe (and know) that we have inherited all the divine energies and awareness that Jesus, our master teacher displayed and somehow, we have lost that awareness and are stuck in the daily grind of the material world and its rules, regulations, traditions, doctrines, creeds, and beliefs that are put in place by the world to keep us blinded from the Truth of who we are.

You/we they/us/everyone is a beacon of power and energy that has been diverted into the world of trials and tribulations. We have been tricked into following the issues of the physical world that keep us in a constant, unsolvable cycle of solving struggles, conflict and the other foibles of the material world.

If we really are children of God, then there must be a way to work our way out of the mess that we have created and enter that promised Kingdom of Heaven NOW. (Not in the sweet by and by.)

Jesus gave us an answer to this request in Matthew 23:37,38 & 39 when he answered a question about what is the greatest commandment by saying: first, love the Lord your God and second, love thy neighbor as yourself.

It appears that Jesus is giving us a new language to learn. This new language is the language of love. The language of the heart. The language of compassion. The language that sees only the Christ light in everything we see and experience.

This is the birth of the Christ Light or Christ Mind or simply the Christ within each of us that is quietly waiting for our acceptance and invitation. This is the awakening; this is the enlightenment this is also the being born again experience that is talked about John 3:3. The ancient writer of this verse was telling us to wake up and look at things as a child of God and stop struggling.

So, we really are in a celebration. During this time of advent, we are anticipating the awakening and birth of our own Christ Light within us. A time of celebrating who we really are. Take a deep breath, let go of your fears of not being good enough, let go of any thoughts of blasphemy and welcome the light of who you are. The Christed One who is a joint heir with Jesus the Christ. You are here to love unconditionally. That is your Truth.

I Love you...
